Issues with WiFi

Hello 

 

I am repeatedly having issues with the WiFi. 

The streaming on the tv is interupted and freezing.

 

Connectivity working from home has been poor for days with freezing daily, loss of connection, slow connection.

 

I Was with plus net before and I haven't ever had 1 issue in 2 years and this becoming  frustrating.

 

please can this be looked into or I will need to change provider

A poor signal in certain rooms is something that comes up on here on a regular basis so try going through this to see if it helps:

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

 

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
