Just installed-cannot get any speed

I was installed yesterday, all lights are green but I can only connect one device 

all other devices seem to be connected but I get less than 1 mb or nothing at all

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Thanks for the help, it didn't work but then I managed to stretch the cable and placed the hub in a better position . Now most of my devices are connected 

the speed keeps on going up and down so I will keep the engineer I managed to book.
