Issues of slow connection and buffering

Issues when running apps such as spotify and you tube on the i phone. Slow connection and frequent buffering. I have ultrafast 1 broadband but download speed at 20.50 in the evening was only 48 Mbps.

@M1McReboot the router as a first step.  How far away from the router were you when running a speed test?  Are you able to test with a laptop connected to the router with an ethernet cable?
