Issues connecting my sky q box to wifi

Im unable connect my sky q box to the WiFi. I have restarted both the box and router but issue remains the same. . I just get error on tv - Looks like you do not have Internet connection right now....

I have checked .you broadband status and all is okay. I can connect other devices
