Good Evening all,
Hoping you can help with this one, trying to setup an Asus RT-BE88U but cannot get an internet connection.
I have FTTP connection with a OpenReach ONT in the 10G WAN port and a back up 4G connection into the 1G WAN port. Dual WAN enabled with failover enabled (primary set as the 10G WAN port). Only the 4G failover gets a connection.
I've searched through and found a bunch of threads but configuring the same has not yet yielded results.
My current config is below (sorry if they're not in the right order!). I have tried to change the query frequency between normal/agressive.
What am I missing?
Thanks in advance for your help,

ANSWERED! Apologies, forgot to come back and update.
Apologies, I failed to mention to you lovely people (and also to Google this sooner), that I was setting this up in a local club after their Sky router was failing to handle the number of connections and they wanted something relatively consumer but that could do some business-y features so this was a good fit.
Which means that this is a Sky Business connection which uses PPPoE, not DHCP option 61.

I updated the details and et voila, it's connected.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt can sometimes be as simple as letting your IP lease expire on Sky's end. Have you tried just leaving both your router & the Sky router unplugged for 1hr?
