Issue
I wanted to order broadband that Skye I was in the process of ordering but I could not complete the order it showed an error. I would like to cancel this order.

@EWELINA97 You can't cancel orders through a public forum. If you got an error it's likely the order has not been placed, did you receive any emails about confirming an order was made?

I didn't get any email. Yes, I know the order didn't go through, but Virgin Media, which I decided to stay with, says I have to cancel the order from Skye because they see in the system that I've already chosen a new internet provider.

@EWELINA97 You'll need to call Sky in that case.
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.
