Issue with new router

Hi since receiving our new router we have not been able to connect with our solar panel app. We have contacted the company and they have advised this is due to 2.4ghz not being enabled and told us to contact SKY. Can you please check this and advise when completed. Many thanks Elaine McCully

Is your hub black or white?

Follow the steps below to seperate wifi on the black hubs or temporarily disabl 5ghz on the white hub
