I received a black router a few days ago and had it all set up. The first 36 hours everything worked great but on Wednesday the internet light turned orange and I now have no internet access. I have followed all the steps suggested by Sky and have tried calling them as I received a text asking me to but nothing has worked and now the app doesn't even notice an issue.

It's still down and has been for 48 hours now. An engineer is apparently coming out on Monday to have a look.
