It started red and then the service checker turned green (several times).
Router logs reporting ACS failed (couldn't resolve host), and my "Connecting to Server" stuck on "Server connecting" with no IP 4 address.
My WAN was showing Down and no TxPkts or RxPkts with 00:00:00 uptime.
About 10 mins after the post, the tool stayed red and reported an issue in the area. About 4-5 hours later router connected and Internet working. Guess it was a long maintenance/ outage.

@Ryan185 So when you run the service checker does the house show green or red and you need to check your broadband?
