Broadband router yellow lights, no Internet

Ran the tool, goes from red to green each time. No Internet connection in my house. I've restarted the router and the lights show green for power and yellow for Internet, wifi, and voice. I regularly work with routers and network devices, and can confirm I haven't made any changes to the setup. I need help getting back online.

Re: Broadband router yellow lights, no Internet

It started red and then the service checker turned green (several times).

Router logs reporting ACS failed (couldn't resolve host), and my "Connecting to Server" stuck on "Server connecting" with no IP 4 address.

My WAN was showing Down and no TxPkts or RxPkts with 00:00:00 uptime.

About 10 mins after the post, the tool stayed red and reported an issue in the area. About 4-5 hours later router connected and Internet working. Guess it was a long maintenance/ outage.

Thanks for the follow ups all.

@Ryan185  So when you run the service checker does the house show green or red and you need to check your broadband?

If someone has helped give them Like.
