From midnight on 23/12/2023 my broadband (internet) has not been working at all and it's highly frustrating with Christmas just around the corner.
power - green
internet - flashing amber
WiFi - green
voice - amber
I think it's ridiculous and I demand that someone comes down to this place or from your own end and fix the issue because it's affecting me
and frustrating me seriously

Unfortunately faults occur at the most inconvenient times. It's not ridiculous. Our cooker broke down on Christmas morning last year whilst cooking the turkey! These things happen.
I’m afraid you are talking to fellow customers on here, not Sky Customer Services. You need to report it to Sky but as you can probably guess you won't get an engineer out now until at least Wednesday.

Your post has been escalated to Sky and the Messaging Team may contact you later.
Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
This link explains the process.

As @Daniel0210 indicates, Openreach doesn't do in-person domestic broadband support over weekends or Bank Holidays, so Wednesday 27th is their next working day. ISPs cannot use their own personnel to work on Openreach infrastructure.

Exactly the same with me, no internet for over a day. I have bought my son a smart tv for Christmas which he now can't use and i have been told it can take up to 5 days to fix. I'm so upset and angry.
