Issue with connection to internet

I have four solid green lights but one Orange light. I have no connection to the sky glass nor to any WiFi connected appliances

Mine is the exact same I keep going onto the app it says there's an issue with the broadband I click fix it then it says there's no issues but there's no Wi-Fi at all!

Mine too, what is going on?? I'm starting to regret getting Sky Glass as now I can't watch anything!
