Issue with broadband connect

We are having constant issues with our broadband/Wi-Fi connection

@Andy191  & @Andy2Y  Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.


After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

The service check does not look to be working .

@Andy2Y  That is really odd that is happening as how would you there was an issue if everytime you wanted to check it had to be working as normal. This is very strange.

It is a black one. And it reconnects each 10-15 minutes.

 sometimes service check is greyed and teams is reporting that I have poor or absent connection all the day.

My notebook can't connect now, but service check on mobile shows that is is green. It does not add trust to this check.

@Andy2Y  What does it tell you when you click on broadband in the service checker. The information in service checker  is historical.
