M.J. Quinn didnt show

Hi there, i booked today off as i was asvised that M.J.Quinn was coming between 8am and 1pm to make a connection. They sent me a text at around 9:30am this morning to say cannot make it due to an issue??? 😡😡😡 Please can you advise me what is happening next as i have list a days holiday and not impressed as they have also not contacted me to rearrange!!!! Please advise before i call it a day. Many thanks

In case you aren’t aware you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers.

 

You will need to call Sky tomorrow as Openreach update their ISP's overnight for such occurrences.
