Hi,
Hoping this community can help. I'm using Riverside Fm to record a video podcast and have had some issues with lag. When I test my speed everything seems to be ok at my end but when I test using their connection test it flags there is an issue with my bandwidth with downloads only reaching around 10mbps and uploads at around 1mbps. They believe that something is limiting my traffic but I've checked that I don' t have a firewall or anything else blocking it. Would love to understand how I could definitively test if this is an issue at my end or not and ideas for what could be limiting the bandwidth on this platform. Many thanks.

How are you connected via wifi or ethernet when doing the podcasts and what device?
When did this last happen?

The only thing i notice with the stats is that both 2.4ghz and 5ghz wifi reset just over an hour ago. This may be a faulty router and if they are disconnecting frequently could lead to a prolonged reduction in speed
Not sure if the mac books have ethernet but an adapter for usb c/ thunderbolt to ethernet would at least make you less reliant on wifi
Also you may want to contact sky for a replacement router
