Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Patgarner when you add a pod extender the system takes 24 hours or so to optimise so you may have to give it more time. Is it specific devices thst dont pick up,the SSID initially or every device? If it is specific devices ensure you have set them to trust the connection so they connect automatically.
That said if the issue continues get Sky to send an engineer to check the set up.

Hi, thanks for the reply. Its every device which tries to connect via wifi. I'll give it a couple more days to bed in then I'll contact sky. Thank you
