Issue with WiFi connection to TV
Frequent message "technical issues" and "waiting for programme to download" . This on all apps and channels. Frequently will not work . Frequent glitching during ITV app adverts. Can take 30-45 seconds for a programme to start- if at all .

Hello @Justine--
This is a customer to customer help forum and has no direct link/access to Sky employees/customer service.
Their are many helpful members on here but in order for them to assist, you need to provide details of your broadband service, type of router, TV service (Q or Stream), other hardware (multi-room, boosters, etc.) and any other details that may be relevant to your particular setup.
