Broadband speed poor

Hi. I have sky superfast broadband service but am only getting around 25mbps download for past few days as per Sky details for my connection. I've done all the checks/tests suggested on MySky app but only getting up to 5mbps download speeds. Do I have any recourse with Sky please

@Andycfree That you need to take up with sky customer service for any refund or recourse to your minimum speed, and it's a one time only and all depends on your package etc, but do have them test your line, you do not say what your speed is with the fallback so who knows!
