Issue with Broadband Speed

  • Dear Sky Support,

     

    I am experiencing issues with my broadband connection. When I checked using the Sky app, I received the following message:

     

    It looks like you have a problem with your broadband. The speed to your hub is poor (41.8 Mb/s)

     

    Could you please look into this and help me resolve the issue?

When you run the service checker does it give you the option of booking an engineer

 

If you have a black hub could you post your router stats as shown below
