Issue since updating to Sky fiber

Our Sky was updated a few weeks back. Broadbands fine but now everytime we enter the house our phone signals drop right out. 

 

This was never an issue befor the upgrade.

 

My wifes job relies on her being contactable in emergencies now calls are hit and miss?

 

As soon as we leave the house the signal comes back. 

 

Whats going on here?

If you mean your mobile phones cell service then this is nothing to do with Sky broadband and could very likely coincide with a problem with your phones network operator. Have you spoken to them about it?
