Issue re-booking broadband activation

I booked a home move for 18/11 with full fibre broadband being activated same day. This was the planned completion day. I had to cancel to move as initially the chain collapsed (top of chain pulled out). I didn't want to risk leaving the order in place, hence the cancel

 

The home move is now back on, albeit for completion on 25/11. When I went through the home move with the agent, the soonest full fibre can now be activated is 27/12

 

There was only 2 working days between cancelling the original home move and trying to book a new one. I don't understand why the full fibre date has shifted so much. Has anyone experienced this or may know why openreach suddenly cant do sooner?

 

Property already has FTTP as current owners have it. Plus I know 18th was available. I also saw all of November free when I originally booked via MySky app

 

Sky told me to ring Openreach but on their website it says you need to talk to service provider
