I was due a full fibre connection today from Open Reach but yesterday I got a text from someone called Kelly Group stating that they are now the ones doing it on behalf of Open Reach. They were supposed to be here between the times of 1pm-6pm but they never showed up. Their reason according to the SKY gentleman I spoke to being, 'property is gated'!! Yes there is an electric gate but also a working intercom which they never tried and they also have my number which they never tried. Instead they drove back. I am not even sure if they turned up! Surely to drive all the way and turn back because there is a gate at the property? Common sense someone would have buzzed or phoned. What an excuse not to want
