Issue accessing work VPN
I work from home and need to connect to my work VPN which is Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client. It worked fine up until 11th September. Since then when i try and connect my work VPN i get the following message
The VPN connection to the selected gatewasy requires a routable IPv4 adapter address. Please move to an IPv4 network and retry the connection or select a different secure gateway.
Please can you help.

Re: Issue accessing work VPN
@Michellebo .If you have a white Sky hub there could be an issue as by default Sky use a system to share IP4 addresses which can cause issues with some company VPNs there is a pinned post at the top of thecgorum explaing what to do if you are affected
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode

Re: Issue accessing work VPN
@Michellebo in which case you have a standard dual stack connection with a IP4 addressing and a IP6 address and as far as we know Sky have made no changes to the set up which could cause your issue. Therefore apart from rebooting the hub which is always a good dtep the issue lies elsewhere.

Re: Issue accessing work VPN
I logged into the router and disabled IPv6 and the Cisco VPN client now works.

Re: Issue accessing work VPN
@Michellebo You may wish to get your IT people to look at the cisco client, as what you have done is NOT the right way to correct your issue!
