going of all the time

my broadband is continuously dropping. I've done a test and it says there is a problem it's been going on for weeks. I need somebody to come out and sort it

@Home11now If the test you did, and you could not get an Engineer from that test then you just need to call sky to do so! Nothing is going to happen from the online Forum post that you have done!

We are all fellow customers on here like yourself, you  need to call sky about this issue and get them to run a speed test from there end
