Issue Placing Order for Sky WiFi Max (Basket Greyed Out)

Hi Team,


I’m a Sky staff member and I’m trying to add Sky WiFi Max to my basket. However, when I click on place order, after few seconds , its greyed out

I’ve tried both through the My Sky app and on my laptop, but I’m still unable to proceed.


Could you please advise how I can successfully place this order?

@Swathi_Ettapu You may just have to call one off your colleagues to sort that out for you!
