I use a fitness app which for some reason I am no-longer able to login to via WiFi but can if I use my mobile data . I have done a number of checks with the fitness app technical dept and they are suggesting that the app domain etc is missing from the whitelist and that sky technical must add it to their list. My question is who do I contact at sky for this as none of the help numbers seem relevant.
