Is there are way I can restrict the time a device has internet

I need to restrict internet access for my step daughter as she doesn't sleep at night but sleeps during the day due to staying up all night, how do I do this?

The official Sky solution is to subscribe to the new Max WiFi add-on and use the device management features.  The Max Hub isn't currently compatible with Q television though.

A crude workaround is to attach a separate wireless access point to the Sky Hub, give the young person the wireless password for that rather than the Hub wifi, and then physically switch it off when required.
