Pole damaged and wire snapped on 5th November. Openreach said issue would be fixed by now but no progress. No telephone or Internet

Unfortunately if the pole has been deemed to require replacement then you could be on a much longer time-frame.
Is there definitely a fault open with Sky? You'll need that to receive the compensation due.
