I left bt came to sky and have nothing but buffering videos slow connection and outages is this normal or just for me

The maximum superfast speed in the uk is 80Mbps and all connections have be up for 34 hours without a drop

Samsung tv Netflix Disney plus also have 4k fire stick all buffering a lot of the time it's working at the sec but is so intermittent, got a couple Alexa shows only work occasionally never had any great problems with bt
i tan a speed test on a fire stick and got between 2.4mbs to 4.6mbs
