Has anybody else had issues with house move not going to plan and Sky not responding to call backs even when promised to do so?
I need to change date for my Broadband set up but unable to do so it's so frustrating being on the phone for over an hour then the advisor says " No problem we can easily sort this out for you I will ring you after our team meeting in the morning, will call you at 9:30 they never called, so I rang back at 1500 hrs to be told Lucy will definitely ring you at 16:30, no such call was made so frustrating.
