My chromecast keeps freezing. Supposed to have 500 speed but speed test telling me 12 sometimes, very frustrating

Hi I have amazon fire stick downstairs chromecast upstairs. Just ran speed test download speed 8, rebooting hub all time just to watch 10 mins, everything freezing, I'm paying 40 a month!!

@Grace+Kilmartin Then you more than likely have a weak wireless Wi-Fi signal upstairs where you need it, you may just have to boost the signal, or look to move the sky hub to a better location for signal strength.

The fire stick is main one in same room as hub, absolutely brutal thanks jim
