Been having problems for a few months now with connecting to Internet mainly at night 

When called to get this sorted was told if I go with sky fibre the problem would go away .

Not true it still keeps losing Internet connection so called again and was sent a booster hub which has made no difference  iv even connected the router direct with cable to my sky box and it still keeps going off so obviously it's a outside problem but when I call to explain this no one seems to understand  what I mean

@Lozz36 which Sky box do you have? If it is a Sky Q box check the standby option is not set to eco as that will turn the box off at night from 2.30 to 5.45am.

While full fibre is generally far more reliable than partial fibre exchange equipment still needs to be maintained so the connection can go down in the early hours for that work. 

You would nedd to give more detail of the iissue or we are just guessing.

Hi my box never turns off its the Internet that keeps going off I said mainly at night but it will happen sometime at different times

It will display (no Internet connection) and this will go off and on the rest of the night
