Intermittent drop out wifi

Router and broadband has been fine .., until last 4 days when we have had the frustrating experience of wifi drop out. We know immediately as Sonos radio stops.  It can last a few minutes to an hour. Two lights go orange on the router.  When I go on Sky to check signal it checks and fixes itself. But even after the 'fix' Sonos can't connect to BBC sounds . But it will connect to play music from my phone ( so no wifi issue just broadband). 
I can't report this through Sky App as every time I go on to the app the broadband fixes itself - so nothing to report ! 

Very disappointed Sky VIP customer ( 22 years with Sky).

@davida2020 You can fix it, you just have to call Sky CS and when online have them test your line, there may be more going on than the intermittent problem that you have now, so catch it while you can.
