My hub will not connect around 5-10 times a day to the internet

Same light as always, only woks for half a day , customer services on phone are no help just want to get rid as paying for an inferior service

@Celtic502560 and @Houston502560 are you both the same post but updated names. @Celtic502560 if you tag with the @ followed by the name then questions are known who too. If you wish to cancel your sky then OTS to another isp for the Broadband, if you still have contract time to run with sky you can work out what the penalty charge for leaving early is, can link that if you need!
