I set this up over the phone and it was ment to be taken out off my bank every 13th witch it has not been cus my internet has been cut off so are you able to put it all back on

The 13th isn't until Saturday a day the payment would be taken on so it would be on Monday at the earliest that it would be taken so what shown on your bill here:

Are you saying your broadband has been suspended due to this or could it be that there is a fault on the line that is causing this.
