My connection is no good nothing loads fast at all a lot of the time my phone goes to my 5g data as the connection is so bad. I have a brand new fibre installed and it's terrible please help get it sorted.

@Jason241 if you can post some more detail forum members can advise. Include your Sky hub's connection stats and some indicative speed tests in your post see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics

 

Many modern phones will switch to using mobile data if it is faster than the Wifi which with 5G is not unusual unless younhave a high speedd full fibre service. You can disable that function if you want, on an iPhone it is at the bottom of tge Mobile Data settings called WiFi Assist.
