@Joseph0493 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. Sky can possibly get your master socket or ONT moved it will depend on the layout of your home so you cant be certain until the engineer is on site. Sky could use their own engineers or Openreach's it varies but there is normally a charge. Before calling them you may want to consider whether getting a longer cable from the current connection point to where you want the hub might be a simpler solution. Indeed simply running an ethernet cable from the hub to the TV is possibly the best solution.
