Hi my Internet has been playing up for the past 6 to 8 month ni signal in any room we go in strugglinh to connect when I do call to sort the problem out I get tech dots and phone cuts off please could I have this sorted as I've been a sky customer for a very long time I will not be charged if somebody had to come out to fix it as I'm very disappointed thank you.

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:
