Internet

Sky internet is not working. We firstly noticed the apps on TV weren't working which neee connection. Noticed that the wifi box plug wasn't in properly so we have since pushed it in and it's still not working. 
the power and wifi buttons are green but not the internet or voice ones. 
have tried the help online and reset the hub but still no luck

@LucyMacnab Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

 

When the service checker completes, if it gives you everything looks good then click on broadband please and run an updated broadband test.
