Hi I'm currently not getting the proper speed for my broadband and it cuts me off sometimes as well am I within my rights not to pay as I've had nothing but trouble since joining sky I haven't had a steady speed once  and I've tried contacting them but they don't seem to be getting back to me Thanks for reading

@Billy28 No you don't have the right to withhold payment, you have to inform Sky of the issue and give them a reasonable time to fix it, they will pass issues on to Openreach who have a target time of 2 working days(that doesn't mean it will be 2 working days).

If your line access speed has been consistently below the minimum guaranteed speed you may be entitled to one month's refund. 

You will have to call Sky to report the issue.

@Billy28 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
