Tv and mobile signal keeps failing

My sky network and mobile phaone network keeps dropping out at home - no connection every 10 minutes or so

@Coolhand1  For your broadband can you run the broadband test.

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

 

 

Who is your mobile provider that you pay monthly for?
