My internet connection keep going down and we are without internet connection at different time mostly evening and night and for longer than a hour or more we do all checks and nothing as we rely on out iPads this is frustrating. Is it's our box's is old. we pay good money for this service  and more for fast which we don't get please fix or look into please yours sincerely Dorothy lee
