Hi I was due to have my new Internet fitted last month however I had to cancel that appointment due to being called into work. I still haven't had it fitted but keep getting messages to send the old one back but I can not do that until I have had the new one fitted. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

No I haven't had a new date, tried to book one & the 'new texting system' wasn't having any of it & haven't heard anything since.

I am escalating you post so expect Sky to be in touch offering an online chat through the forum where a chat button will appear. If thst fails call Sky nothing is likely to happen until you do.
