Signed up with sky broadband on 26th of July under the impression that I will have an intern connection on the 11th of august as I am working at home. Until now no connection still and no one is actively doing anything with the service issue. I'm on the verge of loosing my job due to not having internet as I am working at home. I get message saying someone comes in on Monday , cannot solve the issue update on Friday and back on the next week again. I am actually having anxiety issue over this not getting proper answer from anyone.
can someone in sky actually help or mayber this is another waiting game?

What product did you order? (Superfast or Ultrafast)
