Our internet works but PlayStation wont Connect,roblox,tic tok wont work on any device as internet keep changing to 5g

Have you tried logging into your router, and turning the 5g wifi off/disable?

Yeah we did that and it changed back

@Joanna341 Have you checked the setting on broadband sheild to see if it is set to the default of PG13?
