I have just updated to the new hub and the wifi is worse than ever
I have just updated my hub to the new faster one. Apparently. The WiFi is worse than ever and connection keeps dropping making it impossible to watch a video. I did not have this problem before

@Loraine4 Did you take out the broadband max subscription?

I did yeah.. was an extra £5 a month. Not sure what I'm paying for to be honest, it's worse than I had 😞

@Loraine4 If have taken this out then you can get a free pod to help with the Wi-Fi in your property, but you will need to contact Sky on the phone to get them to send you one out.
