Internet working but no wifi

I have internet, the hub is a solid white, testin musky show as no problems

but we have no wifi

We've had the same issue all day. None of our devices showing as connected in the app but nothing changed since we were all connected yesterday - very annoying!

I can't connect to my broadband/router as I only have my phone at the moment 

 

so annoying!!
