Internet won’t connect

Internet outage in Bradford.

 Have reset all WiFi boosters and WiFi hub. All lights showing connected but Q-box displaying 'no network connection' and 'unable to connect to router' in settings.

Having the same issue in County Durham. Did a "test my broadband" and they're not picking up according to that even though there's no Internet.

Same in Consett, ran the checks and there's no problems in my area but we have no internet 🤷‍♂️

Same in carlisle. Just dropped out and won't work. All lights on saying router working but sky q and mini box not working. Tried using the TV to access streaming apps and that won't connect to Internet either! Becoming a constant issue, nearly every night it happens yet no problems according to sky!

If your service is still down this morning run the connection test in the My Sky app over a mobile connection to see if there is a known issue locally to you. If not call Skyband to report the issue
