Discussion topic: Internet too slow

Our WiFi is rubbish. We recently switched from BT and the Sky Wifi to our devices is slow, it takes ages to load and no amount of restarting the router seems to work. I thought we paid for a fast service but this is just disappointing. What can you do to help?
