Hi.
since joining sky a few months ago I have been experiencing several issues (besides reduced WiFi range and more issues with video calls dropping / games freezing) since moving from BT which I would appreciate any advice with:
1. My iPhone now often doesn't load webpages in safari (seems to be ok in Chrome). This started when we switched to sky and safari worked fine with BT
2. Sometime emails on my iPhone won't load. Again not an issue prior to joining sky
3. We have intermittent issues on laptops connecting to some Microsoft services such as share point where it won't load the website up. Reading another related forum question I have tried to disable broadband shield to see if this helps, but MySky won't allow me to do this.
any advice much appreciated.

Setting the Broadband Shield age to 18 is effectively the same as disabling it.

Thanks for quick reply. But I cannot find a way to change my broadband shield settings. When I go into the my sky app it gives me a check box to switch between always on and inactive at certain times. I can press this but nothing else happens and I can't save any settings.

Update. I have managed to turn broadband shield off. But still no difference in accessing certain Microsoft services such as share point. Anyone have any other ideas please?
