My switchover to Talktalk has happened today and I have just had a message from them to say the connection is 'live'.
Unfortunately they forgot to send the wifi hub so I can't access the Internet through Talktalk.
With my Sky router plugged in it is still showing a connection. Shouldn't this have been stopped if Talktalk are now 'live'?

The line can go active up until midnight tonight. The initial text is often sent out prematurely by openreach on behalf of their isp's

That's very helpful thank you! I was just concerned Sky were going to Bill me because somehow I was 'live'on 2 service providers.
Not a great start with Talk Talk I have to say! 😄

Give talk talk a call tomorrow to make sure you are activated successfully and to find out where their hub is
